| 内容記述 | Group employment and work away from home, family cityward migration occurred from a region to the big city along with the high economic growth policies of our country from 1960 (Showa 35). In 1997 (Heisei 9) year present, depopulation see the 2nd stage and in a heavy snowfall area farm village is standing to the parting of the ways of the existence. Thereupon, this report is announcing about on the actual condition of the decrease and aging of the population in a heavy sowfall area which is centering around Niigata Pref. Joetsu and Chuetsu area. And a future correspondence will be viewed. Especially population decreased to 1/4 in a snow 5m area. Aging is progressing exceeding 20% in the midle mountain area. Recently the household will be decreased 1/10. It is expected that aging rises to 30%. Necessity of these counterplan will be closeup in the heavy snowy depopulation area. | |||||||
