First, we proposed an algorithm for estimation of sensible heat flux from measured values by multi-altitudes measurement. Next, to evaluate the application of this Algorithm, system for multi-altitudes measurement is constructed and a measurement of sensible heat flux was performed on the paddy field. The measured values of sensible heat flux by gradient method and scintillation method almost agree, and this algorithm is showed to apply estimation of sensible heat flux.
