Ryokan Co., Ltd has started to sell renewed Ryokan Coffee in July 2019. In this paper, we report the process of package design renewal through industry-academia-bank collaboration.\n There are two major outcomes on the package design renewal efforts through industry-academia-bank collaboration. The first is that it has been able to actually make new package design and sell new packages based on the design proposals made by students.
