Niigata Institute of Technology (NIIT) participated in the Student Formula Japan as EV class in 2012 and 2013 and passed the technical inspections with an effort to run the final endurance trial.  Moreover, in 2013, NIIT finished the final endurance stage and won the Fuel Efficiency Award. This project successfully achieved its purpose of increasing the students' confidence with accomplishment and the university's attractiveness with eye-catching messages.},
