In the turmoil caused by this order, Chinese communist party (hereafter cited as CCP) had a chance to deverop her power.\\nCCP 6th assembly 4th plenum (1931 January) established a sort of ‘Zhou En Lai’ dynasty rule, which cut off the tie with KMT (Kuomintang) left wing leadership in the Chinese labor movement and robbed Mao Ze Dong of his all military leadership in the Chinese Soviet red army.\\nOn the other hand, the Communist lntenational had ordered CCP to segregate rich peasants which would have been an effective ally. This instruction forced CCP to raise continuous desperate local riots without an ally. This condition didn’t stop until when the ‘reinspection’ of the peasants’classification was boosted by CCP in June l933.\\n‘Chinese monetary improvement’ led by General Jiang at the head of l930s expelled CCP from Jiang Si province in l935.
