 note = {The construction of trams was started in the middle age of Meiji era in Japan and these trams were operated under the most flourish condition in the beginning of the Showa era. But these almost trams were abolished by the motorization between in the 1960’s and in the 1970's. On the other hand, France and many European countries begun the construction of LRT in the major cities in the end of 1960's. We can see the modern style LRT in the various european cities in nowadays. After the abolition of the trams in many Japanese cities, the other several cities try the various technical development to trams, but these cities are below the standard by the reason of law, many administrative obstacles and the others. We must estimate the possibilities of realization for LRT a point of view promote the welfare of the citizen people.},
