 note = {The radius trunk road no.36 in Tokyo was formulated through the many discussions by the Tokyo Metropolitan governmental officers and inhabitant under the leadership of two governors between 1970 and 1987. The total length of this road was 4290m. Under this radius road no.36, there was the another project of subway no.8. The governmental officers and inhabitant discussed various participate means. And these inhabitant opposited strongly the cut of two primary school zones. The Tokyo Metropolitan government agreed to adopt the depressed system of trunk road under the school zone after all, construct the buffer zone in another places decollated with various trees, colored pavement on the path, and construction the Japanese garden near tunnel. This trunk road was opened in April 1987.},
