| 内容記述 | This paper discusses the dangerous situation that the university baccalaureate degree education now faces. The seriousness of the situation is typified by the loss of the standards that should ensure the quality of universal college education and is testified by the fact that study hours of Japanese university students do not reach even the halfway mark of the statutory standard. The author argues for the necessity of increased learning time. | |||||||
