The purpose of this study is to clarify the present conditions of the class of the health education theory in the high school. And a student clarified how there was knowledge about the health. As a result, it is to examine the good method of the health class in the university. The main results were as follows: 1. It is to think about the method of the class to acquire knowledge for a student to live in health. 2. As for the teacher, it is important to a student that I teach useful health. And the teacher must perform a class in response to the learning desire of the student. 3. It is to comment on one theme for the method of a concrete class in detail. In addition, it is important that I use the machinery such as videos if necessary. And it is important that a student understands knowledge about the health.
